Family and Youth Programs Intern, deCordova Sculpture Park and Museum, Lincoln, MA

Summer 2020

·      Assisted the program leaders with running a virtual art and nature camp for children between the ages of 6-12 during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

·      Worked independently on marketing research and weekly student art presentations.

·      Collaborated with various department leaders to create a scavenger hunt accessible to all ages, demographics, and available at locations across Massachusetts.

Event Coordinator, Care Fair, School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Chicago, IL

February 2020

·       The Care Fair was a student-run collective event to highlight resources both on and off campus that offered support systems for mental and physical heath.

·       I oversaw the set-up, running of the event, and clean-up. This included assigning student liaisons to different positions throughout the event and assisting vendors with any obstacles they came across.

 

Gallery Intern, Concord Art, Concord, MA

Summer 2019

·      Worked extensively on the intakes and open call submissions for multiple exhibitions and publications. Included contacting artists, editing exhibition catalogues, organizing presentations for curators to review, and more of the tasks involved in running a gallery and preparing for an exhibition.

·      Assisted in all departments including marketing, development, curating, and customer service.

·      Trained as a preparator and art handler

·      Lead lessons for children ages 1-12 at all swim levels.
